Overview
This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) explains what information Master File Manager and its affiliates and subsidiaries (collectively, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collect, and how we use and protect your information when you use any mobile applications that we develop and are available for download in the Google Play Store.
1. What Information Do We Collect?
i. Device Information
We collect device and network connection information to provide you a better experience when using our apps. This information depends on context, your choices and privacy settings, and may include SDK/API/JS code version, IP address, platform, timestamp, application identifier, application version, distribution channel, device identifier, manufacturer, OS version, language, time zone, network state, CPU, battery use, screen resolution, memory usage, storage usage, SIM operator, SIM country, application release status in Google Play, ad loading strategy, ad platform and advertising placement id. We store information collected through the Android ID tied to your device to retain advertising behavior. We treat this information as personal information.
ii. Data About Your Use of the Services
We collect usage metrics such as clicks, pages viewed, time on pages, app opens, permissions status, and whether certain functions run normally (e.g., antivirus detections), as well as counts of installed apps. These data are passed to certified third-party analytics platforms such as Firebase, Facebook Analytics and our own ECS.
iii. Monetization and Analytical Information from Other Sources
Third-party SDKs integrated in our apps may access information including Google Advertising ID, demographic data derived from IP, fraud detection signals, device characteristics, advertising and analytics data, and cookies. These SDKs are governed by their own privacy policies listed above.
iv. Android Advertising ID
We use the Android advertising identifier to provide personalized advertising and analytics. The advertising identifier does not contain sensitive personal information that can identify you and is not connected to persistent device identifiers.
v. Other Information
We may collect information you voluntarily provide, such as email addresses, feedback content, and survey responses.
vi. Designated Countries
For users in the EEA, UK and Switzerland, we process personal information based on our contract with you and in compliance with applicable Data Protection Laws.
2. How Do We Use the Information?

We use data to update and develop services, improve user experience, manage relationships, provide support, customize services, and send relevant updates and security alerts.
